Join us for a special hot pot experience featuring an abundance of wild mushrooms collected in the Niseko region from summer to fall, locally sourced vegetables, and regional meats. Paired with freshly harvested white rice from our hometown, this exclusive menu showcases a unique and locally inspired culinary delight that you won’t find anywhere else.

At the open space, we have a variety of wines and snacks available. For safety, we provide polycarbonate cups, but if you prefer, we can also lend you wine glasses upon request.
